Splash! Splash!

It’s a rainy season in my place. It is soo refreshing to have rains after a long summer.

The rains start all of a sudden. You can notice the sky darken up vary fast and in few minutes you will feel the sun has settled for night even at the noon.

Along with the darkness it brings a cool breeze. This is the best time I would like to go for a walk but it may rain in any moment ….. If it rains in evening it will make you very very lazy.

Once the rain drops down it brings a lot of freshness to you. You can see the tip of trees perfectly clears. It is as if rains are to clean the air and earth.

It makes you calm and peaceful for the rest of day….
This may be how the earth takes her bath……….!

Great shot. Our section of the earth got a bath last night. Just love the fresh, clean world after rain. Been known to walk in the rain.

Hi Susan:)

Greetings:)

The photo is fantastic. The rain drops on the leaves looks fantastic.

Yes, we were all waiting for rains since the sun was so hot. Now it is quite cool in Kochi.

We need rains in Kerala for crops to grow and for generating electricity.

The difficult part of rains is that roads get flooded and drains start overflowing making travel very difficult.

Enjoy the rain Susan:)

Yes, it's like God turns on his big shower and cleans the air and earth and makes everything seem so fresh again. Great photo.

Yup, rains are such a relief after scorching summer. It rained last Sunday evening in Kolkata and it was amazing!! It started with a pleasant breeze and culminated to splash. Waiting for the splash again!!!
